コロナにより3年間中断していたメソッド開発者によるトレーニングを再開いたします。レゴシリアスプレイメソッドを作り上げたロバート・ラスムセン本人から直接メソッドを学ぶ貴重な機会です。これまでトレーニングの受講を考えていた皆様はこの機会を是非活用ください。

実施時間：トレーニング実施時間は4日間とも基本 8:15～18:30となります。ただし3日目のみ設計演習のために終了時間が21:00頃となります。なお、4日間の全日程に中断なく参加いただくことが受講修了認定の必須条件ですのでご注意ください。）

新型コロナウイルス感染症対策について
弊社は感染症の現場に関する情報や政府、関係官庁の方針を踏まえ、入念な社内及び会場の関係者との打ち合わせを重ねてトレーニング期間中の衛生安全管理について準備を進めております。その上で、今後のトレーニングでは受講者のお一人お一人におかれましても、互いの安全を確実なものとするため衛生安全管理にご協力をいただくようお願いしております。
以下は、コロナ感染症対策について弊社の取り組み内容と受講が決まった方々への具体的なお願いについてまとめたものです。2022年下期のトレーニングについても下記に沿った運営をする所存です。
弊社としてトレーニング中の安全・安心対策としては以下を含む対策を実施いたします。
１） 会場側には、設備上の換気や消毒への積極的な協力を要請しています。
２） 会場内の消毒を随時実施します。
３） トレーニング会場へ出入りする全員に、毎朝の検温と健康チェック。
４） 講師、アシスタントはマスクを常時装着します。
５） トレーニング会場に設置した机、椅子、教材レゴブロックなどはすべて使用のたびに除菌をして常に清潔に保ちます。
６） 受講者一人一人に衛生パックポーチをお渡しします。ポーチには、除菌ジェル、個人用筆記具ほかトレーニングで必要となるツールをあらかじめ入れておきます。
受講者の皆様へご協力いただくこと。
１）トレーニングに参加される２週間前から健康管理の徹底、検温
２）マスクの常時装着、手洗い、うがいの励行
３）トレーニング初日、会場入場前に問診票（google form）への記入と送信をお願いしています。
４）トレーニング期間中は毎朝トレーニング会場到着の際にスタッフが非接触体温計を使用して
お一人ずつ検温いたします。なお、期間中は毎朝の健康チェックとしてご自宅を出る前にも
検温をお願しております。
５）万が一、参加者からコロナ感染症の疑いのある症状が出た場合には参加を見合わさせていただく場合があります。
＜重要＞トレーニング期間中にコロナ感染症の疑いのある症状が出た場合の措置
トレーニング期間中に以下のような症状によりコロナ感染症の疑いがあると運営スタッフによって認められた場合にはその時点で本人のトレーニング参加を中止とさせていただく場合があります。
37.5°以上の発熱 酷い咳、止まらない鼻水、頭痛などの症状がある 味覚・嗅覚に異常がある 強い怠さ、息苦しさがある
万が一、トレーニングが中止となった場合の措置として、受講者の将来予定を勘案した上でなるべく早い機会に再度トレーニングを開催してトレーニング修了認定に必要な内容をすべて受講いただきます。この措置について、受講者に発生する追加の受講費用はありません。ただし、交通費、宿泊費などは本人負担となります。 また、講師や運営スタッフについてもコロナ感染症の疑いが認められる場合にはトレーニングの中止もあり得ることをご承知おきください。
キャンセルに関する弊社の考え方については、受講が決定した方々に個別に連絡いたします。弊社は、受講料をお支払い頂いた受講者へ、トレーニングの権利の確保をすることを最優先にするのが基本方針です。

We are pleased to announce the resumption of training by the method developer after a three-year hiatus due to the COVID. This is a rare opportunity to learn the LEGO® Serious Play® method directly from the creator of the method, Robert Rasmussen himself. Training hours:
The training hours for all four days will be from 8:15 to 18:30. However, the training will end around 21:00 on the third day due to design exercises. (Please note that uninterrupted participation in all four days is a prerequisite for certification of course completion.)

About COVID 19 Infectious Disease Preparedness
Based on the information on the field of infectious diseases and the policies of the government and relevant authorities, we have carefully discussed and prepared the health and safety management during the training period with the relevant personnel both in-house and at the venue. We also ask each participant to cooperate with us in the management of health and safety to ensure mutual safety during future training sessions.
The following is a summary of our efforts to combat corona infections and our specific requests to those who have been selected to participate in the training.
We will take the following measures to ensure safety and security during the training
(1) We request the venue to actively cooperate in ventilation and disinfection of the facilities.
(2) We will disinfect the venue as needed.
(3) Everyone entering and leaving the training venue will be subject to temperature and health checks every morning.
(4) Lecturers and assistants will wear masks at all times.
(5) All desks, chairs, and educational materials such as LEGO bricks are sanitized after each use to ensure cleanliness at all times.
(6) Each participant will receive a hygiene pouch. The pouch will be filled with sanitizing gel, personal writing utensils, and other tools needed for the training.
Participants are requested to cooperate with the following.
1) Take good care of your health and take your temperature
2) Wear a mask at all times, wash your hands, and gargle
3) Fill out and submit a medical questionnaire (google form) before entering the venue on the first day of training.
(4) Each morning during the training period, a staff member will use a non-contact thermometer to take each participant’s temperature upon arrival at the training venue. During the training period, we will also ask you to take your temperature before leaving your home as a health check every morning.
(5) In the unlikely event that a participant shows symptoms of a suspected corona infection, we may suspend his/her participation.
<Important> Measures to be taken in the event of symptoms of suspected corona infection during the training period.
If the following symptoms are observed by the management staff during the training period, the training may be cancelled at that time.
Fever over 37.5° F. Severe cough, runny nose, headache, etc. Abnormal sense of taste or smell.
In the unlikely event that a training session is cancelled, the participant will be required to attend another training session at the earliest possible opportunity, taking into consideration the participant’s future plans, to complete all the required content for certification of training completion. There is no additional cost to the participant for this action. However, the participant will be responsible for his/her own transportation and lodging expenses.
Please note that training may be cancelled if there is any suspicion of corona infection among the trainer or management staff.
Our policy regarding cancellations will be communicated individually to those who have been confirmed. It is our policy to give first priority to ensuring the right of training to those who have paid for the course.
